Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Aureum Suite platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Aureum Suite reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Aureum Suite provides a software-as-a-service platform for real estate professionals, including website hosting, CRM tools, lead capture, property listing management, email marketing, and related services (“Platform”).

The Platform is provided on a subscription basis. Features and availability may vary by plan tier.

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify Aureum Suite immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rate specified at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the property of Aureum Suite and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform.

By uploading content, you grant Aureum Suite a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Each tenant's data is logically isolated. We do not share your data with other tenants or third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aureum Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may request export of your data within 30 days of account termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
